Lyon-Martin is now a COVID-19 Test to Treat Site
We offer same day access to COVID-19 testing & treatment!
Same-day telehealth visits and treatment services are available to those who test positive for COVID-19 and are currently receiving care at Lyon-Martin or are otherwise unable to reach their outside primary care provider. Insurance and proof of a positive test result are NOT required to receive treatment.
If you tested positive for COVID-19 using an at-home rapid test or a PCR test, it is important to get treatment immediately.
To speak with us about treatment options, call our clinic at (415) 565-7667. The front desk staff will take down your information and a nurse or provider will call you back within 24 hours to evaluate you for a Paxlovid prescription.
FAQ
What if it’s outside Lyon-Martin’s hours of operation?
If you call outside of clinic hours, select option 3 to speak with our on-call answering services. Let them know that you are calling for urgent COVID-19 treatment and they will connect you with our on-call provider who can evaluate you for a Paxlovid prescription.
What if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or had close contact with someone with COVID?
If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or had close contact with someone with COVID-19, we recommend taking an at-home rapid test if you have one. If you do not have access to at-home testing, contact our clinic at (415) 565-7667 to schedule a testing appointment with a nurse. We recommend testing 2-5 days after your close contact. If your first test is negative, we recommend testing again in 24-48 hours.

What if I need a COVID-19 vaccine?
Vaccines are your best protection against severe COVID-19 and long COVID. The monovalent and bivalent booster vaccines that were previously available have been discontinued by the FDA on 9/11/23. The vaccines we have in stock are the new and improved 23-24 COVID-19 Vaccine. You can also access the new vaccine at other locations – please visit SF.gov or MyTurn for more information about where else you can get vaccinated.
