Current groups include:

  • Write After the Silence
    Wednesdays, 1pm-2:30pm
Terrified of writing?  Love to write?  It doesn’t matter!  We all have something to share and this group will provide exercises to get the pen flowing
  • Gender Spectrum
    Thursdays, 2pm-3:30pm
Build community with others who identify as trans, genderqueer or gender-variant, and those questioning their position on the gender spectrum.
  • Seeking Safety
    Thursdays, 3:45 – 5pm; starting March, 2017!

Learn new skills to feel safer and reduce the impact of PTSD and substance use on your quality of life.
  • Welcoming Women (ages 55+)
    Tuesdays, 1:15pm-2:30pm
*NEXT ROUND starts MARCH, 2017, 8 week group*
