Are you passionate about improving the functioning of the LGBTQ population?  If so, HealthRIGHT 360 is currently looking to fill a Psychiatrist position at our Lyon Martin Health Services in San Francisco! The ideal candidate has experience in Psychiatry, working with substance abuse patients, and the LGBTQ community with focus on trans competency. In this position you will gain experience working for a recognized leader in transgender healthcare, and integrated primary care clinic with teams including medical providers, social workers, and support staff, and have the opportunity to consult with and/or supervise medical and mental health professionals. Sound interesting? Below you will find a more detailed description of this position.

Lyon Martin was founded in response to the lack of understanding for how to provide evidence-based health care to lesbians. Today, the health center responds to gaps in care for all women and transgender people,  providing  primary care  and integrated behavioral health services  to create a medical “home” for our patients.  Lyon Martin stands at the forefront of lesbian and transgender health care issues, and has assumed a position of national prominence in the area of LGBT health services.

In March of 2015, we underwent a strategic merger with HealthRIGHT 360. While preserving each organization’s unique specializations and orientation to care, the strategic alliance bolsters both groups in the changing landscape of healthcare under the full implementation of the Affordable Care Act.
