Moving to 1735 Mission Street

As of November 7, 2017 Lyon-Martin Health Services is located at 1735 Mission Street in San Francisco!

  • We have been planning the move to our new clinic since our merge with HealthRIGHT 360 in 2015.
  • We moved within the neighborhood. Our new clinic is just three blocks away from our previous location.
  • The newly renovated clinic at 1735 Mission St. offers all the services our clients rely on including primary medical, HIV, transgender, gynecologic, breast/chest, individual and group psychotherapy, and integrated behavioral health services.
  • Business hours also remain the same.
  • By moving to 1735, we have ground floor access for improved access for all patients.  We are excited to add an additional exam room and two new therapy offices.  The space is larger and brighter with lots of natural light!
  • Also housed within 1735 Mission Street, Lyon-Martin will be sharing space with Lee Woodward Counseling Center For Women (LWCC), an additional HealthRIGHT 360 program.  This collaboration will allow improved resource sharing and access to services for both clients.  LWCC is a comprehensive multi-cultural and multi-lingual adult women’s outpatient program that provides integrated substance use and mental health treatment services. Clients receive individualized, client-centered and culturally competent treatment and case management. Services include intake and assessment, individual and group counseling, process and psycho-education groups, relapse prevention, recreational activities, and continuing care. Alternative therapies are also available (yoga, acupuncture, and mindfulness).
  • Lyon-Martin’s new clinic is within walking distance of HealthRIGHT 360’s new Integrated Care Center, a five-floor healthcare and wellness hub providing integrated primary medical, mental health, substance use disorder, re-entry and supportive services including:
    • Primary medical clinic
